He is not new to making real estate deals. According to West Side Real Estate agents, the actor previously bought a home site for $10 million. In 2002, he also bought a Hollywood Hills home for $3.7 million that he sold in 2007 for $11 million. He is deep into the real estate market. He is investing his money in great homes of value. His star power is also selling these homes like hot potatoes.
Maguire married the daughter of Ron Meyer, Jennifer. Ron Meyer is the president and chief operating officer of Universal Studios.
