Construction workers can not keep up with the demand for their time and expertise. Local authorities say that job growth is estimated at 5.6% in July compared with 1.3% nationwide. More than 5,000 new residents start calling Las Vegas home for the past decade. Because of the growh, thousands of new homes were built to accommodate the arrivals. Las Vegas has long been known as the Paris or Champs Elysees of the West. Job growth will continue to be the main incentive for people to go to Las Vegas according to studies conducted by some analysts. So more homes have to be built to accommodate all these folks. The city has a large pool of investors. They are not fly by night ones.
