The Stardust hotel and resorts is scheduled for demolition. A $multibillion enterprise will take its place. The Rio is attracting more similar businesses. Everywhere you look, you can find new building construction. The market is hot. As more than 8000 people relocate to Las Vegas, the needs for housing will continue for a long time. In the meantime, the hotels,motels and other establishments that already take roots in the city will continue to offer their services to tourists seeking fun in Sin city.
